Ledecky dominates in 200 freestyle

AUSTIN, Texas (AP) Katie Ledecky dominated an impressive field in the women's 200-meter freestyle at the Arena Pro Swim Series as the teenager and 2015 world champion ramps up for the summer Olympics in Brazil.

Ledecky finished in personal-best 1 minute, 54.33 seconds Saturday night to beat Sweden's Sarah Sjostrom, who had the fastest time in the world last year.

Hungary's Katinka Hosszu won the women's 400 individual medley relay in 4:36.27. Hosszu won the 2015 world championship and holds four of the top 10 times in history.

American Ryan Lochte won the men's 400 individual medley in 4:12.66. Michael Phelps, who at 30 is trying to qualify for his fifth Olympics, finished fourth in the men's 200 freestyle, which was won by Jeremy Stravius of France in 1:47.56.
