Kevin Durant is getting married.
Durant, 24, the star forward for the Oklahoma City Thunder, has proposed to his girlfriend, WNBA player Monica Wright of the Minnesota Lynx, according to The Oklahoman and mediatakeout.com.
Wright, 25, went to high school in Virginia, about 30 minutes from where Durant is from in Washington D.C. She went to the University of Virginia and was the ACC Player of the Year as well as the National Defensive Player of the Year.
The website mediatakeout.com showed a picture of Wright with her engagement ring.
Durant recently attended the Lynx's basketball game in Los Angeles and was interviewed during the game, but he didn't say anything about Wright and his engagement.
The two have been friends since high school and have been rumored to have been dating since May.
