LAS VEGAS (AP)
-- Marcus Morris led Kansas to another easy win.

He scored 26 points and had eight rebounds to lead No. 6 Kansas past Ohio 98-41 Friday night in the third round of the Las Vegas Invitational.

"I thought I played well. I got some easy shots," Morris said. "But I could have rebounded better and could have played the post better."

Led by Morris, the Jayhawks are scoring 92.5 points per game, and giving up 52.2 points.

Morris was 11 of 14 from the field for the Jayhawks (5-0), who will play Arizona (4-0) on Saturday night.

Also for Kansas, Travis Releford added 13 points while Markieff Morris had 11 points and eight rebounds.

"They will get after us," Kansas coach Bill Self said. "Our players know this is a big game. They blew us out last time and it is a great rivalry."

Two seasons ago, the Wildcats beat the Jayhawks 84-67 in Tucson.

Kansas (5-0) will try to contain Arizona sophomore forward Derrick Williams, who is averaging 19.3 points per game and 8.3 rebounds coming into Saturday. Arizona played Santa Clara in the third round on Friday night.

"He's obviously a great athlete," Self said. "We'll obviously have to pay great attention to him."

D.J. Cooper led the Bobcats (3-2) with 16 points and six rebounds. Ohio takes on Santa Clara in the final round's third game on Saturday night.

"Kansas is terrific. They have a lot of depth," Ohio coach John Groce said. "I don't know how many weaknesses they have. They can shoot, rebound, play defense. We had trouble with their size. Hopefully, our guys can learn a lesson."

The Jayhawks never trailed, and eventually built their largest lead of the half at 43-16 before giving up the last four points before halftime. The Jayhawks' lead never got below 27 in the second half.

With 1:39 left in the first half, Ohio's Ricardo Johnson was ejected due to a flagrant foul on Elijah Johnson, who was driving to the basket.

"Ricardo is the nicest guy on the team," Groce said. "He was just trying to prevent the layup. The officiating crew we had was very, very good."

Elijah Johnson also was shaken up running into a player setting a screen with just under 11 minutes left in the game.

"Elijah shot the ball well," Self said. "He's really coming around for us."

The Jayhawks are now averaging 92.5 points per game and giving up 52.2 points.

Kansas is now 7-0 at the Las Vegas Invitational. The Jayhawks won in 2006, defeating eventual national champion Florida in the championship game.
