Center Josh Harrellson is back with the Miami Heat, though his stay could be a short one after signing a 10-day contract Thursday.
Harrellson, a second-year pro, started the season with the Heat, appearing in five games before being waived on Jan. 7. He had 10 points, seven rebounds, one steal and one block in 28 minutes of action.
As a rookie with the Knicks last season, Harrellson appeared in 37 games, averaging 4.4 points and 3.9 rebounds.
His addition comes a day after the Heat signed Javis Varnado to a 10-day contract.
