Mavs fans clamoring for rookie Dominique Jones to get more playing time will have their pleas unanswered for the forseeable future.
According to Eddie Sefko of The Dallas Morning News, Jones has suffered a foot injury that will sideline him for a "significant" amount of time.
Currently, there is very little known about the injury, including the official diagnosis, when he picked it up, or how long it kept him out.

All that's clear is that for a team starving for offense, Jones will not be the answer this season.
