Superstar John Cena delivered a stirring promo during WWE's RAW in San Antonio Monday night.
During the promo, Cena exhorted to adversary Kevin Owens that he would "never give up" -- just like the young fan in the audience Cena singled out, who was holding up a sign that read, "I'm Beating Cancer."
After the show finished airing, Cena emerged from backstage and went over to talk to the fan.
He then walked the fan to the ring, handed over his United States Heavyweight Championship belt and held the "I'm Beating Cancer" sign high over the fan's head for a memorable photo op.
