Daytona International Speedway has announced that "Joe Dirt 2: Beautiful Loser" star David Spade will serve as grand marshal for next month's Coke Zero 400.

In addition to giving the starting command, Spade will attend the driver’s meeting, participate in pre-race ceremonies and ride in one of the grand marshal cars during the pace laps.

The former “Saturday Night Live” cast member has also starred in several hit comedies, including “Tommy Boy” and “Black Sheep.”
