Jerry surprised by Cowboys' lack of offense

Jerry Jones said he was surprised that the Dallas Cowboys didn't score more touchdowns Sunday night in Atlanta. Jones said he envisioned his group making more big plays. The Cowboys only scored one touchdown after settling for field goals on two first-quarter trips into the red zone.
Those missed opportunities proved to be costly for the Cowboys in a 19-13 loss to the Falcons.
After the game, the Cowboys owner and general manager talked about the disappointment of falling to 3-5.
"I know how our fans feel. I know how I feel," Jones said. "What counts is to win the ballgames. How you're playing and what you're doing good can count if you've got enough time to straighten it out and basically do something good for your season, so we're running out of time here and that's a concern of mine."
