Jerry Jones: DeMarco Murray could've played

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said running back DeMarco Murray could have played Sunday.

Murray has been inactive the last two weeks after spraining the MCL in his left knee Oct. 13.

In his place, rookie Joseph Randle carried 14 times for 26 yards and caught three passes for 18 yards. Lance Dunbar carried five times for 16 yards, and Phillip Tanner added eight yards on two carries.

"I thought the guys who were in there for them really played well," Jones said. "But I think DeMarco Murray could have gone. I don’t know what risk would have taken with him, but he could have gone."
