James Harrison's needle therapy for his massive quads is painful to look at

Dry needling therapy is used to treat the musculoskeletal and nervous systems. It's similar to but not quite acupuncture, which is based on a "Meridian system" that "maps out the flow of Qi throughout the body."

Anyhow, it looks pretty painful.
