LONDON (AP) -- Jacksonville Jaguars offensive lineman Will Rackley left Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers with a head injury.

Rackley, who was hit in the head late in the second quarter, was ruled out for the remainder of the game at Wembley Stadium because of the injury. The Jaguars guard has played in all seven of Jacksonville's games this season.

The Jaguars are playing the first of four games over four seasons in London.
