Peyton Manning and Denver (5-0) will play at Jacksonville (0-5) in a game where the Broncos are favored by 27.5 points. That's the Glantz-Culver line, which is picked up by the Associated Press. But depending on your sportsbook of choice, the line is between 27.5 and 28.5. And that's just the early line, meaning that it could move higher or lower before the 4 p.m. kick.
The Broncos have the league's best offense (Manning has 20 passing touchdowns in five games) and are one of three unbeaten teams, along with the Kansas City Chiefs and New Orleans Saints.
Jacksonville has scored just 51 points in five games, although the Jaguars managed a season high in a 34-20 loss at St. Louis on Sunday. Still, with offensive tackle Luke Joeckel out for the season and quarterback Blaine Gabbert banged up, things could get ugly against the Broncos.
And, in a battle of Twitter feeds that may be more interesting than the game itself, the Broncos have noted that they put up 51 points in a win over Dallas on Sunday. The Jaguars' feed, of course, responded.

The Jaguars and the New York Giants are both 0-5, while the Tampa Bay Bucs are 0-4 after a bye week.
Previously, the Pittsburgh Steelers were favored by 26 when the played Tampa Bay in December 1976. The Steelers won 42-0.
