After etching his name in Big Ten history with his performance in Ohio State's 42-28 victory over rival Michigan, nobody was stopping J.T. Barrett.

But in the fourth quarter, a devastating injury did. After the game, it was revealed that Barrett had broken his right ankle, ending the redshirt freshman's remarkable 2014 campaign.

In order to cheer his fellow Buckeye teammates and fans up, Barrett used his Instagram for a post-surgery picture that will surely put a smile on their faces.

In the photo, Barrett decided to pose with Ohio State defensive lineman Joey Bosa's signature "shrug" to let everyone know that he is doing well.

Saturday night, the Buckeyes will take on Wisconsin in a classic Big Ten championship game with critical College Football Playoff implications. Ohio State will move forward with redshirt sophomore Cleveland-native Cardale Jones starting at quarterback.
