It's official: Rob Gronkowski makes his first catch of 2013

By Sid Saraf, FOXSports.com After all of the surgeries, rumors and hearsay, we finally have Gronk back on the field. The Patriots' star tight end suited up on Sunday and made his 2013 debut against the New York Jets. There were probably more than a few people worried about how Rob Gronkowski's left arm would hold up during game action. Especially when he came out from the locker room wearing a protective covering over said arm. Well, he put those fears to rest on New England's first drive.

That's Gronkowski pulling down a 12-yard pass from Tom Brady and then taking hits from three Jets defenders right on his left arm. Everything seemed to hold up fine.

  Was he done? No way. Later on that same drive, Gronk pulled down a 30-yarder that set up the Patriots' first touchdown of the afternoon.
