Italian rugby player tests positive for 11 banned substances

If you're going to get busted for using illegal substances in sports, you might as well go down using all the illegal substances, right?

That seems to be the logic of Italian rugby player Davide Vasta, who was busted for using not one illegal performance-enhancing drug but 11. 

According to La Gazzetta, that's a new record, surprassing the previous mark of seven.

Vasta tested positive for:

    The 11th banned substance was supposedly injested to increase mammary gland growth, which is a weird way of toning those pecs. 

    While some might view Vasta as a pariah, in many ways, he's a hero. After all, his team is playing in the second division after being relegated from the -- get this -- National Championship of Excellence, and this guy is going to do what it takes to get the only professional rugby team in all of Sicily back into that realm of Excellence.
