Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving put a bit of a scare into some fans when he hobbled off the court late in Team USA's 95-71 win over Ukraine Thursday.

As Irving went to the hoop and had his shot blocked, he appeared to slip on the court and then grimaced as he landed hard on his back. Irving needed assistance walking off the court but he followed up after the game on social media saying there's no need to worry.

Ever since Paul George's frightening leg injury in a Team USA tune-up there is the concern of an ailment that could derail a player's NBA team's hopes. All seems well though with Irving so it's safe to breathe a sigh of relief, Cavs fans.

The United States won its group and is next slated to be in action Saturday against the fourth place squad from Group D.
