'Improper cleaning agent' responsible for slippery court at St. Pete Times Forum

UPDATE 4:20 p.m. ET: As of right now, there are no arena staff members working on cleaning the slippery floor. No official word has been released on the status of the playing surface or how it will impact the game, but it would appear that everything is good to go for tonight's 7:30 Magic-Heat tipoff.

UPDATE 3:36 p.m. ET:St. Pete Times Forum spokesman Bill Wickett said that the slick surface of the court was a result of an "improper cleaning agent" that was used on the floor.

"We believe an improper cleaning agent was previously applied to the floor,"
