Tampa Bay Derby winner Watch Me Go tops a field of 12 3-year-olds entered for Saturday's $300,000 Illinois Derby at Hawthorne Race Course.

The colt, trained by Kathleen O'Connell, was made the 7-2 favorite for the Grade 3, a final prep for the Kentucky Derby on May 7. The race is 1-1/16 miles, a half-furlong shorter than the other two key Kentucky Derby prep races Saturday: the Wood Memorial and Santa Anita Derby.

Watch Me Go has won four of nine starts for owner Gilbert Campbell and will be ridden by Luis Garcia. He was given the No. 4 post in Wednesday's draw.

El Grayling is the second choice at 9-2, with The Fed Eased at 5-1 and Joe Vann and Sour both 6-1.
