In the fifth inning of Utah's 5A softball high school title game, West High School center fielder Keisha White launched her body over the fence to make an incredible rally-stopping catch. (Watch video above.)
If not for her efforts, the game would have become tied at 7-7 after a five-run rally. The opposing Riverton went on to win a wild 13-11 contest, but about that catch.
It probably should have been a home run according to the National Federation of State High School rules. White flung her body (and good for her) completely into the spectator area, leaving the field of play. That's a dead ball.
In any event, the catch stood, it's an awesome play, and Riverton won the title.
