Wisconsin got a nice push in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll - gaining over 100 votes from the previous week (it helped that a couple of lower-ranked teams from the previous week lost).
There are still 12 AP voters who left Wisconsin off their ballot and several moved the Badgers down from the previous week, including Mike Griffith of mlive.com, who had UW at No. 21 last week but unranked in his latest ballot.
But the Badgers moved up on the majority of ballots, and none more than those found at the top. Josh Kendall of The State in Columbia, S.C., moved UW up seven spots, from 18 to 11 (yes, No. 11 in the country). Eric Avidon (21 to 15) of the MetroWest Daily News in Framingham, Mass., and Dave Matter (25 to 19) of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch moved the Badgers up six spots.
