Burnouts are cool. Burnouts on city streets? Even cooler.
To help promote this weekend's race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, reigning NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick burned a little rubber in the streets of downtown Atlanta. Yeah, that's gonna leave a mark.
