Hockey player safety summit scheduled

SAINT PAUL, Minn. – The guest list is beginning to add up for the Herb Brooks Foundation's Player Safety Summit sponsored by Sanford Health, including Governor Mark Dayton, who will give an introduction. High-level hockey minds from Minnesota Hockey, WCHA, USA Hockey, NHL, Sanford Health and others will serve as panelists.
The roundtable discussion on the state of player safety will be held on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at River Centre in Saint Paul, Minn. during the Minnesota boys' high school hockey tournament. The guest list is expected to increase.
