High school punt return lasts 30 seconds, ends with trip and fall just shy of goal line

St. Mary's Prep sophomore wide receiver/kick returner KJ Hamler sliced up and tangled an opposing punt coverage unit this past weekend during a video game-esque run back lasting 30 seconds.

Finally, eventually, after Hamler broke away from the pack and raced toward the end zone, he got tackled by the ground.  

Hamler accrued about 1,200 frequent punt returner miles during the 30-second journey, 26 of which are shown in the video:

St. Mary's (Orchard Lake, Mich.) managed to gain that yard or so from the spot where Hamler spectacularly collapsed.
