Heat's Chris Bosh reportedly hospitalized, undergoing tests

MIAMI -- As the Miami Heat front office was in the thick of it and making moves Thursday, star big man Chris Bosh remained sidelined with an illness.
Bosh was held out for a second straight day and went to see a doctor while the team practiced. He did travel with the team to New York for Friday's game against the Knicks, and his status remains day to day.
Head coach Erik Spoelstra didn't specify what was ailing Bosh, say only that he was under the weather.
Late Thursday, reports emerged that Bosh had been hospitalized with chest and lung pain and was undergoing tests.
Dwyane Wade was able to go through the entire practice following three weeks of inactivity because of a hamstring injury. Wade, who vacationed with Bosh along with family in Haiti following their participation in the All-Star Weekend in New York, was also unaware of what Bosh had come down with.
"I don't know when he got sick," Wade said. "He wasn't feeling good, but I don't know what it was. He just wasn't feeling good overall. I'm not a doctor. He wasn't coughing or throwing up. He just wasn't feeling good, so I don't know when it happened.”
Joseph Goodman of the Miami Herald reported Bosh was complaining of pain in his side last weekend. He went on to win the Shooting Stars Challenge as part of Team Bosh and play 10 minutes during the All-Star Game Sunday before traveling to Haiti on Monday.
Bosh has been one of the more durable players for the Heat since his arrival in 2010, but he missed eight games in December with a strained left calf.
