NEW YORK (AP) -- Miami Heat guard Mario Chalmers was fined $5,000 by the NBA on Thursday for violating the league's anti-flopping rules for the second time this season.
The violation came with 5:54 left in the third quarter of Miami's 116-112 road victory over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
