There is a long list of things one shouldn't do while under the influence of alcohol. Driving a vehicle, calling your boss, texting an old flame are a few things that come to mind.
For one man, e-mailing NBA Commissioner David Stern his draft declaration after having a few too many beers, seemed like a good idea at the time...
