Grizzlies open playoffs Sunday vs. Clippers

The Memphis Grizzlies will open their NBA playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday, though home-court advantage won't be known until
Thursday night.
The full schedule, with times, will be released after Thursday night's games.
The
Grizzlies close the regular season against the Orlando Magic. If the
Hawks win, they will have the home-court edge over the Clippers and play
Games 1 and 2 at Philips Arena (plus a potential Game 7 at home).
The
Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder will open the NBA
playoffs Saturday, though their opponents are still to be determined.
The
Indiana Pacers also will host the Orlando Magic in its postseason
opener Saturday, one of the few matchups that is set entering Thursday's
final day of play.
The Bulls are the top seed in the Eastern
Conference and will host either the New York Knicks or the Philadelphia
76ers. No. 2 Miami will face whichever of those teams finishes higher in
the standings, with the Knicks holding the tiebreaker if they finish
with the same record.
The Thunder, No. 2 in the West, will meet either NBA champion Dallas Mavericks or Denver Nuggets in the first round.
On
Sunday, West top seed San Antonio Spurs opens against the Utah Jazz,
while the Los Angeles Lakers, the Pacific Division champs and No. 3
seed, get the Mavericks or Nuggets.
Atlanta-Boston also starts Sunday, though like Memphis-Clippers, home-court advantage won't be known until Thursday night.
