Every year before the season starts, a survey is conducted, polling all GM's on who they think the best of the best are in the NBA. Why does it matter? Well even the elite need to hear a compliment every now and then.
LeBron, Durant, CP3 and Kobe, are of course among the who's who in the game. All-NBA teams, All-Star games, scoring titles, they are nice but getting the Glove's seal of approval means you've made it.
