Get out the way: LeBron petrifies Kyle Korver as he charges to the hoop

Sometimes self-preservation takes priority - at least that seemed the case for Atlanta Hawks guard Kyle Korver in the closing minute of Wednesday's Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals.

As Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James bursts to the basket, Korver initially starts James' way -- then does some backtracking.

Maybe Korver was expecting defensive help from a teammate (or divine power) on the play but his quick dart away and subsequent response was classic.

James' vicious slam made the score 93-87 and the Cavs ultimately scored a 97-89 victory.
