Georgia stumbles past Georgia Tech 42-34

In a game marred by what seemed to be unending mistakes, the Georgia Bulldogs made one fewer mistake than the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and won the game by a score of 42-34. The Yellow Jackets twice overcame deficits of 14 points to stay close to the Bulldogs. But, after scoring a touchdown to close the score to 35-34, Georgia Tech kicker Scott Blair hooked the extra point and left the Yellow Jackets one point short. This set up a crazy finish where the Yellow Jackets defense allowed UGa to score a touchdown. The Yellow Jackets did this so that they would get the ball back down eight points
