FSD to telecast four Tigers spring games

The Detroit Tigers on Wednesday announced their 2012 spring training broadcast schedule.

Six games are currently scheduled for live telecasts from Florida, three of which will be featured on FOX Sports Detroit:

March 21 vs. Minnesota Twins at Lakeland, 1:05 p.m. ET
March 29 vs. Washington Nationals at Lakeland, 6:05 p.m.
March 31 vs. Atlanta Braves at Disney World, 1:05 p.m.

FOX Sports Detroit will also televise the April 4 exhibition game against the team's Triple-A affialiate, the Toledo Mud Hens, at Fifth Third Field.

Three telecasts will be featured nationally on ESPN:

March 14 vs. New York Mets at Lakeland, 1:05 p.m. ET
March 19 vs. Philadelphia Phillies at Clearwater, 1:05 p.m.
March 20 vs. Atlanta Braves at Lakeland, 1:05 p.m.

Additional Tigers games to be televised on MLB Network will be announced at a later date.
