1. Florida State Seminoles    13-0     --

Dominant all year, the ACC champs head to the BCS title game with a likely Heisman-winning QB leading them.

2. Auburn Tigers    12-1     +1

Team of destiny? Try SEC champs and eager to slay another top-ranked dragon in Florida State.

3. Alabama Crimson Tide    11-1     +2

One incredible missed-field-goal return away from potentially claiming another national title. Instead heading to the Sugar Bowl to play Oklahoma.

4. Michigan State Spartans    12-1     +2

The Spartans knocked Ohio State from national title contention and are now the champions of the Big Ten. They’ll get Stanford in the Rose Bowl.

5. Ohio State Buckeyes    12-1     -3

Difficult loss in Big Ten title game, but what a two-year run for the Buckeyes. Clemson in the Orange Bowl is next.

6. Baylor Bears    11-1     +2

The Big 12 champs have had a year for the ages and feel it's just the beginning. The Bears can end the year with a Fiesta Bowl win over UCF.

7. Stanford Cardinal    11-2     +2

Back-to-back Pac-12 champs, the Cardinal head back to the Rose Bowl to play Michigan State.

8. South Carolina Gamecocks    10-2      +2

The Gamecocks are on the best run of success in school history and now get Wisconsin in the Capital One Bowl.

9. Missouri Tigers    11-2     -5

Have the Tigers been in the SEC for just two years? Fantastic year for Mizzou, which gets Oklahoma State in the Cotton Bowl.

10. Oregon Ducks    10-2     +2

To me, this team was worthy of an at-large BCS slot, with losses only at Stanford and at Arizona. But the Ducks got passed over by the Sugar and will play Texas in the Alamo Bowl.

11. Oklahoma Sooners    10-2     +9

What a tremendous ending at Oklahoma State! "Bedlam" (and victory) indeed. Next challenge: Alabama.

12. Oklahoma State Cowboys    10-2     -5

The Cowboys will have a hard time getting over the loss to the dreaded Sooners, but 10-win seasons are now the norm.

13. UCF Knights    11-1     +1

The Knights have won the AAC and are headed to a BCS bowl game. Say it loud and proud, UCF fans!

14. Louisville Cardinals    11-1     +3

Huge closing win at Cincinnati and a season to be celebrated, thanks in large part to superstar QB Teddy Bridgewater. Will play Miami in the Russell Athletic Bowl.

15. Clemson Tigers    10-2     -2

10-2 season culminates in an Orange Bowl meeting with Ohio State. QB Tajh Boyd had some career.

16. LSU Tigers    9-3     -1

Battled all year with a very young team. Tigers are always a factor in the SEC. They get Iowa in the Outback Bowl.

17. Arizona State Sun Devils    10-3     -6

Way ahead of schedule, the Sun Devils played for a Pac-12 crown in head coach Todd Graham's second season at the helm. They get Texas Tech in the Holiday Bowl.

18. UCLA Bruins    9-3     --

Head coach Jim Mora's biggest recruit for 2014? Current QB Brett Hundley. The Bruins head to the Sun Bowl to play Virginia Tech.

19. Wisconsin Badgers    9-3     --

Loss to Penn State was disappointing, but first year head coach Gary Anderson was anything but. Can finish their season on a high note by beating South Carolina in the Capital One.

20. USC Trojans    9-4     +3

Change, change in the air at USC, but the Trojans really played well down the stretch. They can win 10 games by beating Fresno State in the Las Vegas Bowl.

21. Texas A&M Aggies    8-4     +3

Head coach Kevin Sumlin has a new contract and plans to win big at A&M. The Aggies finish the year with Duke in the Chick-fil-A, which will likely be Johnny Manziel’s final college game.

22. Duke Blue Devils    10-3     -1

Won 10 games and played for an ACC title. Head coach David Cutcliffe is the national Coach of the Year.

23. Vanderbilt Commodores    8-4     +2

The Commodores are truly a team to be reckoned with now in the SEC. They’ll play Houston in the Compass Bowl.

24. Notre Dame Fighting Irish    8-4     +3

The fellas from South Bend are primed for a big push into the top 10 in 2014. They finish the year against Rutgers in the Pinstripe Bowl.

25. Fresno State Bulldogs    11-1     +1

The Bulldogs are Mountain West Conference champions. Can they cap it off with a win against USC in Vegas?
