FOX Sports West to deliver 72 LA Kings games during 2014-15 season

The Los Angeles Kings and FOX Sports West today released their 72-game television schedule on FOX Sports West/Prime Ticket for the 2014-15 season.

All 82 Kings games are again slated to be broadcast this season locally or on national television, along with two Kings 2014 exhibition games on FOX Sports West on Sept. 25 vs. Anaheim at STAPLES Center and Oct. 4 vs. Colorado in Las Vegas.
Regular-season coverage of Kings hockey on FOX Sports West kicks-off with the club's second game of the season, the Kings vs. Coyotes, in Glendale on Oct. 11 following the Kings-San Jose Sharks regular-season contest (season opener/championship banner raising event at STAPLES Center) on Oct. 8 that will be broadcast on NBCSN (as previously announced).
Kings television play-by-play announcer Bob Miller and color commentator Jim Fox return to broadcast Kings games this season. Miller returns for his 42nd season as the television "Voice of the Kings" and Fox, the former Kings forward, is entering his 25th season as the club's television color commentator.
"Kings Live" eturns prior to and immediately following all home (from outside STAPLES Center) and road telecasts on FOX Sports West.
Patrick O'Neal again serves as host, sitting alongside Daryl Evans for all road games, while former Kings defenseman Sean O’Donnell is back for his second season on “Kings Live" for all home telecasts. Fox also joins the pre- and post-game to offer viewers further analysis.

In addition, Jon Rosen (LAKingsInsider.com beat writer) offers updates and reports before and after each game on the road, while Alex Curry delivers interviews, reports and social media updates surrounding home telecasts. Connected, original, fast-paced and fun, the half-hour program brings fans closer to the team with player and coach interviews, game analysis and much more.
Additionally, FOX Sports West will debut the following original programs this season: "Kings Live: Season Preview Special" debuts Saturday, Oct. 4; "Kings Insider: Day with the Cup" (profiling six players) debuts Saturday, Oct. 11; "Kings Weekly," which is back for its second season and will again feature segments including "Coffee with Bob," debuts Thursday, Oct. 16 and the "Making of the Kings Ice Crew Calendar" will debut Nov. 4.
Games indicated on the TV scheduled marked KCOP-TV/13 will be produced by FOX Sports West.
