FOX Sports Southwest, the local television home of the Western Conference champion San Antonio Spurs, will continue to follow the team in the NBA Finals with special SPURS LIVE postgame shows after every game in the championship series against the Miami Heat.
The programs will air in San Antonio Spurs television markets on FOX Sports Southwest after ABC's national game broadcasts. The series starts Thursday in San Antonio.
FOX Sports Southwest Spurs announcers, who've covered the team all season, will combine to give fans a local perspective during the NBA Finals as they've done throughout the regular season and playoffs.
SPURS LIVE host Ric Renner will be joined by a cast of expert analysts to break down the
games from a Spurs angle.
Renner will anchor the postgame coverage in San Antonio and Miami. FOX Sportss Southwest Spurs play-by-play announcer Bill Land, who also will travel with the team, and SPURS LIVE analysts Andrew Monaco and Richard Oliver will be part of the FOX Sports Southwest crew covering the NBA Finals.
SPURS LIVE NBA Finals postgame shows will include game highlights, postgame podium press conferences, and interviews from the Spurs locker room.
Postgame press conferences also will be posted on FoxSportsSouthwest.com along with daily stories and updates during the NBA Finals.
