COLUMBUS, OHIO -- While the NHL breaks for the Winter Olympics, Columbus Blue Jackets fans won't have to miss watching their favorite team on the ice. FOX Sports Ohio will televise four (4) of the most exciting Jackets games from this season in Blue Jackets Rewind 2014.
The first will air Monday, February 10th at 7:00pm.
· Game from December 10, 2013 vs. New Jersey Devils
o The Blue Jackets rallied from a 3-1 deficit by scoring two goals in 49 seconds in the second period. With two more goals in the third period, the Jackets came away with a 5-4 victory. Cam Atkinson and Brandon Dubinsky had four points apiece to pace the Jackets attack.
Rewind Game 2 -- airing Friday, February 14th at 7:00pm
· Game from December 21, 2013 vs. Philadelphia Flyers
o Playing the Flyers in back-to-back games, the Jackets avenged a tough loss from two days earlier by scoring four goals in the third period to top the Flyers 6-3. Ryan Johansen and R.J Umberger scored two goals apiece.
Rewind Game 3 -- airing Monday, February 17th at 7:00pm
· Game from January 21, 2014 vs. LA Kings
o The Jackets entered the game on a six-game winning streak looking to take it to a franchise best seven straight. RJ Umberger scored twice to lead the Jackets past Jeff Carter and the LA Kings.
Rewind Game 4 -- airing Monday, February 24th at 7:00pm
· Game from January 23, 2014 vs. Philadelphia Flyers
o Two nights after setting a franchise record with seven consecutive wins, the Jackets go for eight straight against Metropolitan division rival Philadelphia Flyers at Nationwide Arena.
