Former Cup driver (and road course wizard) Robby Gordon competed in - and won - the Baja 500 over the weekend. However, the treacherous 500-mile off-road race on Mexico's Baja California Peninsula is full of surprises.

Driving the No. 77 Chevrolet Trophy Truck down a desolate dirt road, Gordon had a close encounter with a very lucky burro.
