The Green Bay Packers may be the only major professional franchise in the U.S. owned by its fans, but that hasn't kept the franchise's price tag down one bit.
Forbes' most recent study into the world's most valuable sports franchises revealed Green Bay was No. 18 on the list, worth an eye-popping $1.161 billion, tenth most in the NFL. That spot is one lower than in 2012 at No. 17, when the Packers were valuated to be worth $1.09 billion.
All but two NFL teams cracked the top 50 this season with the Dallas Cowboys once again leading the way with a $2.1 billion valuation, fifth most of all franchises. Dallas has been the NFL's most valuable team since 2007.
Green Bay comes in as the second most valuable team in the NFC North with the Chicago Bears at No. 16, the Minnesota Vikings No. 35 and the Detroit Lions No. 43.
