It’s draft time. We’ve had our experts tell you who will be drafted, but now it’s time for you to throw on your GM cap and vote which player should be drafted where. The Arizona Cardinals are on the clock. The Cardinals have a new quarterback in town! Now, all they have to do is find a way to keep Carson Palmer upright, which is a tricky proposition. Arizona’ offensive line was a moth-eaten unit in 2012 as it lost Levi Brown to a torn triceps muscle before the season started. As a result, the Cardinals allowed an NFL-worst 58 sacks as youngsters like Bobby Massie struggled to find their way. Brown will return this season, but the line will definitely need bolstering. Palmer could also use some weapons as the Cardinals are short on tight ends, running backs and even receivers. The Cardinals still boast a solid defense, riding that unit to a 4-0 start last season. That proved too good to be true as injuries began to mount and the Cardinals lost 11 of their final 12 games en route to a 5-11 finish. Defensive coordinator Ray Horton is now gone to Cleveland, but the talent still remains. The team just needs a couple more pieces. It’s up to new head coach Bruce Arians and the Cardinals brass to plug some holes in the Draft. And sitting at No. 6, the team will have some good options available. Oklahoma OT Lane Johnson
The Cardinals missed out on the two elite tackles in this draft, Luke Joeckel and Eric Fisher, but have a great option on Johnson. He can slide into one of the tackle spot opposite Levi Brown and be an immediate contributor. His size (6-6, 303 pounds) and speed (4.69 seconds in the 40) are such that he can molded into something special. This is a puppy with big paws. He could be the right choice. Georgia LB Jarvis Jones
Much like Ansah, Jones can step and be an immediate pass-rushing beast for the Cardinals. Once again, the Cardinals will have to take a risk with Jones, whose medical history could cause more than a few NFL teams to pass on him. Just judging from his game tape at Georgia, Jones looks just fine. You can’t accomplish great things without gambling a little bit and the Cardinals should roll the dice on this prospect. Yes, they just brought in Carson Palmer. Yes, Palmer has the ability to throw for 4,000-plus yards in 2013 with Larry Fitzgerald to throw to. However, Palmer will also turn 34 this season. The quarterbacks in this year’s draft class don’t have the talent of 2012 class, but Smith could be molded into a starter. If the Cardinals grab him at this spot, they could let him learn behind Palmer for a couple seasons and then start him in Year 3. Smith can make all the NFL throws and has all the physical tools to play in the league. Florida DT Sharrif Floyd
Surprisingly enough, Floyd is available to the Cardinals at No. 6. Many mock drafts have him going within the top three picks, but here he is. The Cardinals do have some defensive depth, but could always use more. If Floyd is the top player left on their big board, they just might pull the trigger on the three-technique defensive tackle. Floyd has good size (6-3, 297 pounds) and speed (4.87 seconds in the 40) to make an immediate impact. Alabama OG Chance Warmack
Most team wouldn’t reach for a guard this high in the draft, but Warmack could end up being an exception. An All-American in his senior season with the Crimson Tide, he has earned notice for his quick feet and exceptional pass-blocking ability. Plus, it’s not often when you see a player earn this type of praise from Alabama coach Nick Saban: “I think people that have his kind of balance and body control and the kind of athleticism that he has at his size are rare commodities. Everybody knows that those guys play 12, 14, 15 years. I think Chance has a chance to have that kind of career.'' With all the problems the Cardinals have up front, Warmack is a great choice. Even if he is "just a guard."
