In case the Saints need any extra motivation for Saturday's playoff rematch with the Seattle Seahawks, head coach Sean Payton is trying to oblige.

Tuesday, he had crews paint the Seahawks logo on the Saints practice fields, both the indoor one and outdoor one.

"We are just trying to create the exact environment: the crowd noise, the field, everything, as best we can," said Payton, whose team was blown out in Seattle in Week 13, 34-7. "It is deafening. They do a great job. Their fans are educated. They know when to be real loud and when to quiet down. The way the stadium is structured, the noise stays in. We've experienced it a handful of times now. You just try to simulate it as best you can. Turn these speakers up real loud and go about trying to communicate and making sure you are still getting off on the ball."

Quarterback Drew Brees says the logos are just one of the ways the team is trying to prepare itself for the trials and tribulations of CenturyLink Field, where the Saints will face the Seahawks in the divisional round's first game Saturday.

"It's just when you are out of your element, you have to put yourself in the moment as much as you can," Brees said. "Knowing that you're going to see a lot of those colors when you step into that stadium, you prepare to play your best out here on the practice field and hopefully that carries over."
