Ex-Olympic short track champ killed in car crash: report

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) The Korea Skating Union says former Olympic short track speed skating champion Oh Se-jong has been killed in an accident earlier this week. He was 33 years old.
South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported that the 2006 Winter Olympics gold medalist was killed in a motorcycle crash on Monday night. Oh's motorcycle hit a vehicle that made a U-turn in Seoul. The skating union could not confirm the circumstances of the crash.
Oh won the gold medal in the men's relay at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Italy. He won the 5,000-meter relay world title at the world short track speed skating championships in 2003.
