A spin around the East Region with updates on offers, visit dates and more:
Philadelphia George Washington defensive end Shareef Miller set a trio of official visits, and it will begin with a Dec. 5 trip to Pittsburgh. He is slated to officially visit Arizona State on Jan. 16, and he will be at Penn State the weekend of Jan. 23.
Purdue is slated to visit Miller this week at his school, and Rutgers is trying to get Miller to make an official visit.
Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate four-star offensive lineman Quarvez Boulware remains focused on Maryland, Alabama, Wake Forest, Florida and North Carolina, and he set two official visits.
He as Alabama set for Jan. 16, and he will be at Wake Forest the following weekend.
Skillman (N.J.) Montgomery quarterback Chris Chugunov, who is committed to West Virginia, said he doesn't know when his official visit will take place. However, as a January enrollee, his window for a date will be dependent on how far Montgomery goes in the state playoffs.
Elkton (Md.) Eastern Christian offensive lineman Jamie Herr didn't make the grade for the 2014 class so he re-classified into the 2015 class, but it didn't change his commitment status. He told Scout he is set to enroll at West Virginia in January with teammate and quarterback commit David Sills.
Baltimore Calvert Hall receiver Lawrence Cager is no longer making an official visit to Alabama during the weekend of Dec. 12, but he told Scout he could be on the Alabama campus for an unofficial visit this weekend.
In addition, he no longer will be at Notre Dame the weekend of Dec. 5. Instead, Cager will make an official visit to Virginia Tech that weekend and be at Notre Dame the following weekend. He already has trips set to Wake Forest (Nov. 21) and Ohio State (Nov. 28) and Rutgers continues to push for an official visit.
Josh Sweat will take an official visit to Georgia this weekend, followed by officials to Florida State on Nov. 22 and Virginia Tech on Nov. 28.
Along with the three aforementioned schools, the five-star Chesapeake (Va.) Oscar Smith defensive end is still considering Ohio State and Oregon. He took an official to Ohio State in September and it's still unclear if he will make it to Oregon. He will make his decision in December.
Matthew Burrell took his final official visit to LSU last weekend and had a great time. Before the trip, the Woodbridge (Va.) C.D. Hylton offensive guard's decision was going to come down to Ohio State, Penn State and Tennessee. Following the trip, the Tigers are firmly in the mix.
No date has been set, but he will make a decision in the near future.
Darrell Taylor remains committed to Tennessee, but he will take official visits to Florida and Virginia Tech. However, the four-star Hopewell (Va.) defensive end hasn't set any dates yet.
Levonta Taylor will visit Georgia this weekend. The 2016 Scout 100 Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes cornerback will also visit Alabama on Nov. 29.
Class of 2016 four-star cornerback Jordan Fuller of Old Tappan (N.J.) Northern Valley continues to grab offers. Virginia Tech was the latest to extend one.
Another class of 2016 four-star cornerback from the Garden State, Camden High's Brad Hawkins, was offered by Notre Dame.
