While we wait for September to keep rolling into the opening of NBA training camps, a trip around the Internet yielded a couple of interesting pieces regarding the Suns … and former Suns.
The most interesting was provided by Eddie Johnson, the Suns’ TV analyst, who was writing about Michael Beasley for Hoopshype.com.
With most of us having grown weary of Beasley’s seeming refusal to allow well-intentioned people to help him, Eddie’s perspective is well worth checking out.
Over on Hoopsworld.com, a preview of the Suns includes predictions from five staffers on where Phoenix will finish in the division. Without giving anything away, please know the Suns didn’t inspire any of the writers to pick them for first place.
