'Dodgers Pride Night with the Kings' date announced

The Los Angeles Kings and Los Angeles Dodgers have once again teamed up to present the third annual “Dodgers Pride Night With The Kings” Thursday, Feb. 16 as the Kings host the Phoenix Coyotes at 7:30 p.m.
The entire night at STAPLES Center will be filled with Dodger-themed activities, starting with the ceremonial puck drop by long-time hockey fan and Dodger General Manager Ned Colletti. Dodgers and baseball themed contests, promotions and giveaways will be held during the game and intermissions. Former Dodgers Tim Leary and Matt Luke will also be on-hand signing autographs on the concourse.
The Kings Ice Crew and mascot Bailey will be sporting their True Blue colors, wearing Dodgers jerseys. In addition, the Kings Care Foundation will be auctioning off Dodger memorabilia.
Ticket packages, which start at $28, includes a ticket and a limited edition Dodgers Pride Night puck. Upgrades are available and groups of 15-or-more can save upwards of $6 per ticket. For more ticket information, visit LAKings.com/dodgers or call 888-KINGS-LA.
This event is the latest in a series of Kings-Dodgers promotions. On July 29 the Dodgers and Kings teamed up for the second annual LA Kings Night at Dodger Stadium. On May 19 Kings forwards Jarret Stoll and Brad Richardson took part in the ceremonial first pitch at Dodger Stadium. LA Kings Night at Dodger Stadium this season will take place on Aug. 8 and details can be found at www.dodgers.com/kings.
The Kings return to action Thursday at STAPLES Center against the Phoenix Coyotes, with game-time slated for 7:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast on FS West and AM 1150.
