UFC middleweight Derek Brunson shows how ridiculously athletic he is with this absurd dumb bell drop to box jump combination. We're not exactly sure how high the jump was, but if Brunson is 6-foot-1, it's damn near 5 feet. No camera tricks here, either.

Brunson's next fight is against rising star Yoel Romero on Jan. 15 at UFC Fight Night in Duluth, Ga. If Romero goes for a leg kick, Brunson might jump clean over him Street Fighter style.
