Darvish ready to go vs. Mariners

ARLINGTON, Texas – While the Texas Rangers got bad rotation news on Matt Harrison Wednesday, right-hander Yu Darvish is set for his Friday start in Seattle.
Darvish (2-0) left his last outing after five innings because of a blister on his right ring finger. But the area has healed and Darvish was able to throw most of his pitches in his Wednesday bullpen session.
He expects to have his full repertoire for his start vs. the Mariners.
"It's going well," Darvish said. "Even if I had to make adjustments I'm not going to tell you guys."
Darvish needs to be sharp against the Mariners. He went 2-2 against Seattle last season but posted a 6.65 ERA against the Mariners. Darvish admitted last year that facing the Mariners was difficult because they had Ichiro Suzuki playing for them.
While Suzuki is gone, Darvish knows he still has he work cut out for him.
"I still haven't looked at their lineup after Ichiro's gone," Darvish said. "But I'm sure they added some great bats. I still haven't looked at the video yet."
