D-backs take to Twitter in response to brawl penalties

We'll have more for you later today on reaction to the punishment handed down by Major League Baseball for Tuesday night's brawl between the Diamondbacks and the Dodgers at Dodger Stadium.
FOX Sports Arizona's Todd Walsh will be in the clubhouse at Petco Field later this afternoon, and we'll bring you reaction from the Diamondbacks both here at FOXSportsArizona.com and on our Diamondbacks Live! pre-game show starting at 7 a.m.
FOXSportsArizona.com's Jack Magruder will also be on-site to provide all the details, reaction and analysis, so be sure to check back closer to game time.
In the meantime, it's safe to say that the Diamondbacks are none too pleased with the distribution of penalties between the two teams. We know that because of Twitter, which is our only conduit to their thoughts.
Here's an unfiltered sampling, presented without editorial comment.
So the guys that weren't throwing punches got bigger suspensions than the guys that did. #MakesSense

We got hosed on the suspensions. Where they watching the same game that we were? #confused #headlocksandhaymakers

So if you throw punches when the benches clear, you get fined. You get sucker punched, you get suspended five games. Makes sense #not

Hinske, who drew a 5-game ban, was described by #Dodgers players as a "peacemaker" and "punching bag."

#DBacks’ Hinske appealing. “Unreal, can’t believe it,” he said. Source said he hit #Dodgers’ Puig first. Hinske’s reply: “Watch the video.”
