PHOENIX -- The Diamondbacks have recalled outfielder Alfredo Marte from Triple-A Reno and optioned outfielder Tony Campana to Reno.
Marte, 24, was hitting .342 with five doubles, one triple, one home run and 11 RBI for Reno. He was on the Diamondbacks' opening-day roster last season and played in 22 games. He has spent parts of nine seasons in the D-backs organization and has a minor league career average of .277.
Campana was hitting .160 for the D-backs in 23 games, with four stolen bases in five attempts.
