D-backs add ex-player McCracken, 2 others to front office

The Arizona Diamondbacks announced Friday that Mike Berger has transitioned into the role of director of professional scouting, Quinton McCracken has joined the organization as assistant director of player development and Mark Weidemaier has been hired as major league advance scout.

The club also announced that Susan Webner rejoined the organization as manager of minor league administration.
