The Phoenix Coyotes will open the 2014-15 season at home on Thursday, Oct. 9, against the Winnipeg Jets. Game time is et for 7 p.m.
The remainder of the 2014-15 season schedule will be announced Sunday.
This will be the second time the Coyotes have opened at home vs. Winnipeg. They opened the 2011-12 season at Jobing.com Arena and posted a 4-1 victory in front of 17,125 fans.
