London's calling the Cowboys.

The franchise known as America's Team will be traveling to jolly old England to play the Jacksonville Jaguars next season in London's Wembley Stadium.

NFL commissioner Roger Goodell confirmed the Cowboys-Jags matchup, as well as two others, to a group of sports journalists in London on Thursday. All three games are part of the 2014 International Series to promote the NFL across the pond.

The other matchups are the Detroit Lions versus the Atlanta Falcons and the Miami Dolphins versus the Oakland Raiders. Jacksonville, Atlanta and Oakland will be the designated home teams, so the Cowboys will play that same eight regular season games at AT&T Stadium next season.

Dates and times for the games have yet to be announced.

"Our fans in the UK continue to demonstrate their passion for more football," Goodell said. "The growing enthusiasm for the NFL internationally is exciting and we look forward to continuing to respond to this interest in our game."

This won't be the Cowboys' first trip to London. In 1986, the Cowboys played the Chicago Bears in the first American Bowl, and again in 1993 against the Detroit Lions. Both were preseason games played at Wembley.

The Cowboys have also played preseason games in Mexico City (1994, 1998, 2001), Tokyo (1992, 2000), Toronto (1995) and Monterrey, Mexico (1996). Dallas is 1-7-1 in international games.
